Product Features
1. Light weight, can be operated in narrow space, construction does not affect the normal use of the house.
2. Strictly control the yarn tension during production, the fibre bundle is flat and straight, which effectively protects the strength advantage of the fibre.
3. Adopt effective shaping process. The structure of cloth is stable, no loose deformation when cutting, good permeability, convenient construction.
4. High specific strength (strength/density) and high specific modulus (modulus/density), about 10 times of steel.
5. Good performance in earthquake resistance, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, fatigue resistance and creep resistance.
6. Reinforced substrate can be concrete, masonry or wood and other structures of various shapes of components, wide range of applications.
Workflow
1. Concrete surface treatment: Remove loose, honeycomb, corrosion and other deterioration of concrete on the surface of the reinforced parts, exposing the concrete structural layer:
2. Base layer resin preparation and painting: paint the base layer resin, use a roller to evenly coat the concrete surface with the base layer resin, and when the resin surface is dry to the touch, then proceed to the next step of the construction process;
3. Levelling treatment: matching levelling adhesive, fill the concave and convex parts of the concrete surface with levelling adhesive, and there should be no edges and corners:

Paste carbon fibre cloth: cut carbon fibre cloth according to the size required by the design, configure the impregnating resin and evenly coat the parts to be pasted, roll along the direction of the fibre several times with a special roller to exclude air bubbles and to make the impregnating resin fully saturate the carbon fibre cloth, and the carbon fibre cloth should not be damaged when rolling.
Caveat
1. Carbon fibre cloth should be stored in cool and dry place, keep the cloth surface neat and clean, avoid open sunshine and rain.
2. The twisting and bending of carbon fibre cloth is strictly prohibited, otherwise the strength will be seriously reduced.
3. Carbon fibre cloth is conductive material, attention should be paid to the safety of electricity during construction.

It should not be exposed to sun, rain, inverted and damaged during transport.
The product should be stored in a cool (5-25 ℃) dry warehouse away from light.
